Architect / Senior Architectural Designer
Location: Bristol
Salary: £35,000 - £45,000 p/annum

Our client works across the UK with many of the large Housing Developers on the latest and largest Residential developments. Duties:
- Lead and design residential developments/layouts ranging from 10-500+ homes.
- Manage projects from feasibility through to planning applications.
- Develop innovative and sustainable design solutions in line with project goals, client requirements, and local regulations.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure projects comply with CDM regulations and meet legislative requirements.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior technicians and foster a collaborative work environment.
- Manage and deliver multiple projects simultaneously within deadlines and budgets.
Requirements:
- ARB registered Architect or Degree Qualified Architectural Designer
- Minimum of 5 years’ UK-based experience in residential housing developments
- Expertise in residential layout design and architectural skills for outline and RM applications
- Knowledge of the latest legislations and experience in producing associated documents, including Design Access Statements
- Proficient user of Revit and AutoCad is essential
- Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, and experience mentoring junior staff
