Location:             Hammersmith, London

Salary:                  £40,000 - £48,00

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a leading London-based design studio renowned for delivering bold, design-led architecture across the UK and internationally. Known for its collaborative culture and ambitious projects, the practice is growing rapidly and now seeking a talented Architectural Technician to join the team.

You'll be working on two major new commissions: a high-profile international development of global scale and a landmark commercial building here in the UK. Both projects are entering critical design phases and will offer you the chance to be deeply involved in technical delivery and Revit model production for complex, large-scale buildings.

This opportunity would be ideal for an Architectural Technician or Revit Technician with proven experience in the large-scale commercial projects and who is confident using Revit to produce detailed architectural models.

 

Package:

Office: Hammersmith
Hours: 9:00am – 5:30pm, Monday to Friday (2 days working from home)

 

Duties:

  • Produce detailed and accurate architectural models using Revit
  • Support the architectural team with technical drawings and design documentation
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external consultants to ensure seamless project delivery
  • Assist in reviewing design information to maintain compliance with regulations and standards
  • Participate in team meetings, reviews, and technical workshops
  • Contribute to resolving design and technical challenges as they arise

 

Requirements:

  • Degree Qualified in Architecture or a similar field
  • Expert Revit user is essential
  • Previous experience as an Architectural Technician on large-scale or complex projects
  • Solid understanding of UK Building Regulations and construction standards
  • Excellent attention to detail and technical problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication and teamwork abilities
