£25,000 - £38,000 p/annum

An outstanding opportunity is now available for an experienced and talented Architectural Technician to join a well-established Architectural studio in Southampton. With an extensive history of delivering award-winning Residential led schemes, our client are going through a huge period of growth and an influx of new work specifically in the Residential sector. This opportunity is ideal for any experienced planning focussed Architectural Technicians who want to have a significant impact on a thriving studio that can offer a great work environment, flexible work and great benefits and remuneration package.

 

Package:

Duties:

  • Collaborate closely with architects and design team to produce drawings and documents for planning applications of large-scale Residential projects
  • Contribute to all stages of the design process, from feasibility layouts to planning applications, using Revit and AutoCAD
  • Assist in preparing full, outline, and reserved matters planning application packs, including drawings, 3D visualisations, and graphic outputs
  • Provide input and support in project design and development processes, ensuring compliance with building standards
  • Continuously seek opportunities for learning and development within the role
  • Maintain strong communication with team members and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle

 

Requirements:

  • Degree Qualified in Architecture or similar field (or equivalent qualification)
  • Proven experience of working on large-scale, UK based Residential projects
  • Expert user of Revit and AutoCad is essential
  • Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
