Chartered Building Surveyor
Location: Aldgate, East London
Salary: £55,000–£60,000

Office: Aldgate. East London
Hours: Full-time, Monday to Frida, 8:30am – 5:30 pm
Duties:
- Deliver a broad range of building surveying services from inception to completion
- Lead and support commissions across dilapidations, condition surveys, PPMs and pre-acquisition work
- Prepare and manage specifications, tender documents and contractor assessments
- Act as Contract Administrator across commercial, public sector and mixed-use projects
- Lead on party wall and neighbourly matters, preparing notices and schedules of condition
- Provide clear, practical advice to clients and keep them fully updated throughout each project
Requirements:
- Degree in Building Surveying
- MRICS status (or committed to achieving chartership)
- Experience across surveys, dilapidations, project work or clerk of works
- AutoCAD and NBS knowledge beneficial
- Organised, proactive and commercially aware
- Full driving licence
