Compliance Engineer / Technical Engineer / Project Support Engineer required to join a leading engineering manufacturer of pumps based near Farnborough.
 
The successful Compliance Engineer / Technical Engineer / Project Support Engineer shall complete approval applications, record test results, prepare Declarations of Conformity, and maintain a compliance database.

The Compliance Engineer / Technical Engineer / Project Support Engineer must have compliance experience in engineering and an understanding of CE/UKCA, ATEX and/or Machinery Directive.

£35,000-£40,000 depending on experience

Compliance Engineer / Technical Engineer / Project Support Engineer Role 
Complete approval applications, record test results, prepare Declarations of Conformity, and maintain compliance database.
Collaborate with Engineering and Design teams to identify short-term and long-term issues.
Organise compliance programs by preparing timetables, cost estimates, and required resources including test laboratories and equipment.
Prepare compliance reports by collecting, and summarising measurement data and trends.
Advise on matters pertaining to compliance at all levels of the business to assist in decision-making.
Research, analyse, and apply compliance engineering concepts.
Liaise with various engineering departments.

Compliance Engineer / Technical Engineer / Project Support Engineer Requirements
Strong technical ability with mechanical and hydraulic systems.
Experience as a Compliance Engineer, Technical Engineer, Project Support Engineer or similar.
Experience working as a compliance engineer is essential.
Understanding of regulatory frameworks, such as CE/UKCA, ATEX, and Machinery Directive.
Basic knowledge of electrical motors, inverters, and rotating equipment would be advantageous.
Ability to review and interpret standards and technical documentation.
A qualification in a mechanical and or electrical engineering discipline would be advantageous.
Commutable to Fleet or willing to relocate.
