EMEA Sales Manager / Head of Sales / International Sales Manager required to join a manufacturer of electronics, sensors, measurement devices, force measurement, transducers and load cells.

The EMEA Sales Manager / Head of Sales / International Sales Manager will be responsible for managing a European Sales Team of 9 direct reports across the UK, France and Germany as well as developing sales within the EMEA (Europe, Middle east and Africa) region.

This is a work from home position, based in the UK with an expectation on international travel up to 50%.

The successful EMEA Sales Manager will ideally have experience covering internationally (EMEA beneficial), with knowledge of electronics, sensors, measurement devices, force measurement, transducers and load cells.

£135,000 base salary depending on experience

Role

  • Sales and client-relationship management internationally covering EMEA region (Europe, Middle East & Africa)
  • Manage a European Sales Team of 9 direct reports between the UK, Germany & France
  • Guide and support your sales team through training and mentoring
  • Generate reports on all sales activity, prepare annual budget and sales forecasting
  • Responsible for the sales strategy & direction taken as well as the overall growth of the territory
  • Remotely based, 50% of international travel
  • Develop new strategic partnerships
  • Negotiate deals and deliver presentations and proposals to clients
  • Attend regional meetings to sure effective business practice
  • Fully remote in the UK

Requirements

  • Prior experience managing a sales team
  • Prior International Sales / EMEA Sales experience (EMEA preferred or willing to cover this region). Experience as a EMEA Sales Manager / Head of Sales / EMEA Business Development Manager / International Sales Manager or similar
  • Knowledge of electronics, sensors, measurement devices, force measurement, transducers and load cells.
  • Fully remote within the UK, willing to travel internationally 50 % of the time
