Introduction:

Our client are a prestigious interior design studio renowned for creating luxurious, high-end hospitality and residential projects in the UK and internationally. As the Front of House Coordinator, you will play a key role in delivering a seamless and sophisticated experience for clients, visitors, and staff. Acting as the face of the studio, you will provide a warm and polished welcome, anticipate needs with professionalism and discretion, and ensure that every interaction reflects the high standards we uphold. Your ability to create a lasting impression will be essential to maintaining the studios reputation for excellence.

Duties:

  • Be the first point of contact for clients and visitors, ensuring a welcoming and professional atmosphere
  • Manage the calendars, meetings, and diaries for senior leadership, including C-suite executives
  • Coordinate all front of house and office operations, ensuring smooth daily functionality
  • Liaise with facilities management and external vendors to ensure the office is maintained to the highest standards
  • Support internal teams with administrative tasks and event coordination
  • Assist with travel arrangements, meeting bookings, and document preparation for the executive team

 

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a front-of-house, office coordination, or administrative role, ideally within interior design, architecture, or a related industry
  • Impeccable communication and presentation skills with the ability to deliver a luxurious client experience
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with attention to detail
  • Proven ability to manage relationships across all levels, including senior leadership
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • A proactive, can-do attitude with a willingness to go above and beyond
