Remote – UK (Some travel will be required)
We’re on the hunt for a HR Manager / Head of HR, EMEA to join a global business offering security solutions to a range of industries. Reporting directly to the HR Director (based in the USA), you’ll be at the forefront of shaping strategic HR solutions that drive growth and structure across EMEA. Think of this as your chance to make a huge impact while working with an awesome team of leaders and employees across EMEA.

Salary negotiable depending on experience (this is a new position)

HR Manager EMEA / Head of HR EMEA Responsibilities
- Crafting Winning HR Strategies
Help design and roll out HR strategies and initiatives that fuel business goals and align with our annual plans. - Empowering Leaders and Teams
Offer guidance and coaching to senior leaders and employees navigating a complex business landscape. - Keeping Us on the Right Side of the Law
Ensure compliance with local labour laws and regulations across the EMEA region. - Employee Advocacy & Engagement
Champion employee relations, engagement, and development. You’ll tackle everything from performance management to talent acquisition and retention. - Driving Diversity and Inclusion
Lead the charge on diversity initiatives and coach leadership on building strong, inclusive teams. - Leading M&A Activities
Be a driving force behind HR strategies during mergers and acquisitions in a high-growth environment. - Streamlining Processes
Deploy effective corporate HR policies, procedures, systems, and standards to keep things running smoothly. - Mastering Local Labor Issues
Understand the nitty-gritty of employment laws and labour issues across various countries in the EMEA region.
HR Manager EMEA / Head of HR Requirements:
- Previous experience overseeing Human Resources covering multiple territories, particularly Western Europe, such as UK, France and Germany.
- Experience overseeing the strategic direction and development across EMEA.
- Be energised by joining a business where you can make a big impact.
- Able to travel across Europe on occasion.
- HR Leadership experience
- A CIPD Qualification
