The Successful Service Engineer / Field Service Technician / Hydraulics Engineer will provide electrical and mechanical repair, service and maintenance on various industrial hydraulic systems at in around the Liverpool and North of the UK
The Service Engineer / Field Service Technician / Hydraulics Engineer will ideally have an engineering background in hydraulics, valves, pumps, Pipe Bending, Rams, Lubrication, Cylinders, Hydraulic press, motors, rotating equipment, Power packs, Actuators, accumulators or similar electro mechanical / hydraulic related products.

Service Engineer / Field Service Technician / Hydraulics Engineer Role
To provide electrical and mechanical repair, service and maintenance of industrial hydraulic equipment at customer sites.
The Hydraulic Service Engineer will undertake planned and preventative maintenance, provide advice, diagnostics, fault finding of hydraulic systems, such as presses, pumps, valves, pipework systems, hydraulics, valves, pumps, Rams, Lubrication, Pipe Bending, Cylinders, Hydraulic press, motors, rotating equipment, Power packs, Actuators, accumulators or similar electro mechanical / hydraulic related products.
Maintain, repair and install equipment at customer sites across the UK.
Installing hydraulic products into all forms of the manufacturing industry.
Perform emergency breakdown fault finding and repairs on various hydraulic equipment.
Liaise with various engineering departments.
Service Engineer / Field Service Technician / Hydraulics Engineer Requirements
Proven diagnostic skills on complicated hydraulic systems.
Experience as a Field Service Engineer, Service Engineer , Service Technician, Installation Engineer, Hydraulic Engineer , Pump Engineer, Mechanical Engineer, M&E Engineer, Electro Mechanical Engineer or similar.
Assist inspection and reporting and re-build of hydraulic repairs when required.
Good working knowledge of three phase electrics and controls is advantageous.
Engineering background in hydraulics, valves, pumps, pump systems, motors, rotating equipment, hydraulics, capital equipment or similar electromechanical / hydraulic related products. Full product training provided.
An engineering qualification would be advantageous.
Willingness to commute to Liverpool when required.
Be prepared to stay the occasional night away when the work requires
