Mid - Senior Interior Designer 

 

Location: Central London

Salary: £45,000 - £48,000 per annum (dependent on experience)

An award-winning, creative Architectural studio is looking for an experienced Mid – Senior level Interior Designer to join them on high-end Commercial Workplace projects in Central London. Office Hours: 9:00 am – 6:00 pm

 

Duties:

  • Collaborate with the Head of Interiors on the design and execution of innovative Interior Design concepts for commercial workplace projects. 
  • Produce detailed technical drawings and layouts using Revit, ensuring precision in all construction and FF&E documentation. 
  • Oversee the design process across all RIBA stages, ensuring adherence to UK building regulations within commercial workplace projects. 
  • Participate in site visits around London, overseeing the construction phases to maintain design integrity and quality. 
  • Communicate and present design ideas effectively to clients, contractors, and consultants, demonstrating a deep understanding of Interior Design principles. 
  • Manage project timelines and deliverables, ensuring that deadlines are met without compromising the high-quality standards.

 

Requirements:

  • Degree Qualified in Interior Design or similar field
  • Proven experience working on commercial workplace projects.
  • Proficiency in Revit is essential
  • Experience using AutoCAD, Rhino, Enscape and Adobe Creative Suite is desirable 
  • Expertise in producing and delivering detailed technical drawing packages
  • A solid understanding of UK building regulations and experience across all RIBA work stages
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to present and articulate design concepts clearly to clients and project teams
  • Ability to effectively manage multiple projects, working collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
