Mid - Senior Interior Designer
Location: Central London
Salary: £45,000 - £48,000 per annum (dependent on experience)

Office Hours: 9:00 am – 6:00 pm
Duties:
- Collaborate with the Head of Interiors on the design and execution of innovative Interior Design concepts for commercial workplace projects.
- Produce detailed technical drawings and layouts using Revit, ensuring precision in all construction and FF&E documentation.
- Oversee the design process across all RIBA stages, ensuring adherence to UK building regulations within commercial workplace projects.
- Participate in site visits around London, overseeing the construction phases to maintain design integrity and quality.
- Communicate and present design ideas effectively to clients, contractors, and consultants, demonstrating a deep understanding of Interior Design principles.
- Manage project timelines and deliverables, ensuring that deadlines are met without compromising the high-quality standards.
Requirements:
- Degree Qualified in Interior Design or similar field
- Proven experience working on commercial workplace projects.
- Proficiency in Revit is essential
- Experience using AutoCAD, Rhino, Enscape and Adobe Creative Suite is desirable
- Expertise in producing and delivering detailed technical drawing packages
- A solid understanding of UK building regulations and experience across all RIBA work stages
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present and articulate design concepts clearly to clients and project teams
- Ability to effectively manage multiple projects, working collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
