
Sales Coordinator / Customer Service Executive / Sales Administrator required to join a manufacturer in Runcorn. The Sales Coordinator / Customer Service Executive / Sales Administrator will be office-based and support order processing, quotations, customer support and delivery progress.
A background in customer service, sales support or sales administration within engineering / manufacturing will be of particular interest.

Support order processing, quotations, customer support and delivery progress.
Receiving and managing inbound calls and emails
Responsible for communication of customer service related issues regarding lead times, product availability, pricing and the ordering process on customer inquiries
Supporting customers by email and phone
Interface with Production, Engineering and Purchasing to supply prompt and accurate information to the customers
Using Business systems, Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, Powerpoint and Outlook.
Hours: Monday to Thursday 8:30 – 4:45pm and Friday, 08:30 – 3:30pm
Liaise with various engineering departments
Office based in Runcorn
Requirements
Proven experience as a Sales Coordinator / Customer Service Executive / Sales Administrator or similar sales support role
Experience working for engineering or manufacturing business would be beneficial
Proficient using Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, Powerpoint and Outlook.
Must be commutable to Runcorn
