Internal Sales Executive / OEM Account Manager / Technical Sales Support required to join a global, market leading engineering manufacturer based near Redditch.


The successful Internal Sales Executive / OEM Account Manager / Technical Sales Support will excel in providing technical support, advice, generating quotations, processing orders, expediting requests, managing documentation, and supporting pricing for compressed air solutions to automotive truck and bus manufacturers in the eMobility division.

 

The Internal Sales Executive / OEM Account Manager / Technical Sales Support will need excellent organizational skills, proficiency with IT systems (ideally SAP or similar), and a strong desire to learn and advance within a global engineering environment. Full product training is provided.

 

Package:

  • £35,000-£45,000 depending on experience

Internal Sales Executive / OEM Account Manager / Technical Sales Support Role

  • Act as the main contact for OEM customers, supporting the sales team.
  • Provide technical support, ensuring seamless issue resolution and sales development for compressed air solutions to automotive truck and bus manufacturers in the eMobility division.
  • Manage customer orders, forecasting, and coordinate with internal teams.
  • Handle logistics and shipping for the compressed air eMobility products.
  • Support pricing, quotations, and maintain accurate customer records.
  • Assist with marketing activities and ensure compliance with internal systems.
  • Office based in Redditch with hybrid opportunities available.
  • Liaise with various engineering departments.

 

Internal Sales Executive / OEM Account Manager / Technical Sales Support Requirements:

  • Proven inside sales, technical sales support or commercial experience, ideally in engineering, manufacturing or automotive sector.
  • Understanding of manufacturing and commercial operations.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to build relationships and liaise with various engineering departments.
  • Comfortable in fast-paced environments with a process-driven approach.
  • Technical knowledge and experience with SAP and Salesforce are a plus.
  • Willingness to learn the company’s eMobility product range, predominantly compressed air solutions.
  • Commutable to Redditch – hybrid opportunities are available.
