IT Consultant who specializes in SaaS solutions, urgently required to join a globally known Atlassian Solutions partner and one of the largest technical consulting companies in the DACH region.

The IT Consultant must have demonstrable experience in managing SaaS projects and consulting in enterprise service management.

Cloud Operations Lead position

• Be responsible for the planning, design, and configuration of enterprise service management processes by utilizing modern SaaS platforms.
• Manage SaaS projects and take care of stakeholder management.
• Analyse the business processes, record requirements, and configure solutions for the customer.
• Be heavily involved and a key decision-maker in the expansion of our service portfolio.
• Consult and support our customers to map use cases in the tool.
• Enablement of customers and creation of customer-specific knowledge based on the tools.

Competencies Required

• Strong background in managing SaaS projects and consulting enterprise service management.
• Experienced and feel comfortable working in a highly agile environment.
• Ideally, you have process knowledge in IT service and ITIL.
• Desired to have ITIL or/and ITSM certifications.
• German communications skills equivalent to C1 level
• Degree in computer science, business informatics, media information, or similar
