Atlassian Support Engineer

Fully remote anywhere in the EU

Salary – up to €75,000


Consultant required to join a dedicated Atlassian Solutions partner which develops tailor-made adaptive solutions. Tools covered: Jira Software/Core, Jira Service Desk, Confluence, and Bitbucket.


The consultant must have demonstrable experience in Jira, and Confluence, ideally coming from an agile methodical background i.e Scrum Master, Kanban.

Atlassian Support Engineer role


  • Service management: 1st and 2nd level support
  • Tasks such as: service design, service transition (change request management, service operations, reporting
  • Focus: Support and configuration for Atlassian Toolstack (Jira, Confluence)
  • Optimization of service processes (incident/change/problem management)
  • Forwarding of more complex topics to 2nd and 3rd-level support


Atlassian Support Engineer Requirements

  • Competent in the configuration of Jira, Jira Service Management, or Confluence
  • Strong communications skills in both German and English
