Responsibilities
Overall productivity within the designated team is your responsibility.
Actively support operational change while effectively minimising production and service disruption.
Manage and coordinate operational activities to ensure the customer receives the required level of service.
For example, you could be in charge of information communication. order volume, delivery schedules, warehouse accuracy, and general warehouse inquiries.
Contact the relevant Account Manager on a daily basis to ensure that any updates or end-of-day issues are addressed.
Maintain and promote good industrial and employment relations on-site, and ensure that potential problems are addressed as soon as possible.
Manage the day-to-day performance issues
Review team members' performance and development in one-on-one meetings.
Monitor health and safety issues and report them to the H&S Officer on a regular basis.
During quieter periods, assist in other areas of the warehouse.

Requirements
Previous experience as a Warehouse Supervisor or Warehouse Team Leader is advantageous.
Warehouse experience is essential.
Ability to assist the Warehouse Manager in the performance management, development, mentoring, and coaching of members of the designated team.
Experience in the Logistics industry is beneficial
Experience in ecommerce or FMCG industries will be beneficial.
