Introduction:

An outstanding opportunity has become available for an experienced and talented Part 2 Architectural Assistant or recently qualified Part 3 to join a highly-regarded, award-winning studio in North London. Our client will offer you the chance to work on some truly fantastic large scale international projects from Museums to Concert Halls and a wide variety of interesting building types. This role will be covering all RIBA stages and is ideal or an experienced and ambitious Part 2 or a talented recently qualified Part 3 Architect. Package:

  • Competitive Salary: £35,000 - £45,000 p/annum (Dependent Upon Experience)

Duties:

  • Lead and manage large-scale projects through all RIBA stages, ensuring high-quality outcomes from concept to completion. 
  • Utilize your expert Revit skills to produce detailed and accurate designs, maintaining industry standards across all documentation.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop innovative, sustainable architectural solutions that align with client briefs. 
  • Engage directly with clients, consultants, and contractors to ensure smooth project delivery and strong stakeholder relationships.
  • Contribute to the studio’s design ethos by participating in design reviews, crits, and workshops.
  • Stay updated with the latest industry trends, software advancements, and regulatory requirements to drive continuous improvement in project delivery.

 

Requirements:

    • Masters Qualified in Architecture and either ARB registered or working towards Part 3
    • Minimum 5 years of experience in an architectural studio, with a proven track record of working on large-scale projects
    • Expert proficiency in Revit
    • Strong understanding of all RIBA stages and experience in taking projects through each phase. 
    • A high-quality portfolio demonstrating your experience and design capabilities
    • Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients and multidisciplinary teams
