A market-leading logistics and supply chain business is looking for a Polish-speaking Customer Service Executive / Customer Service Advisor / Sales Executive / Sales Advisor to liaise with current and new potential customers in the UK and Polish market to sell the service of the business.

Polish Speaking Customer Service Executive / Customer Service Advisor / Sales Executive / Sales Agent Responsibilities
Liaise with colleagues across the business and our clients and potential new clients, both in the UK and Poland, to identify and resolve problems.
To be able to provide customers with front-line phone and email support.
Explain company product pricing
Negotiate bulk or package prices to current and new customers
Take complete responsibility for inquiries from the time of initial contact until they are resolved, utilizing the proper escalation channels as needed.
It is your responsibility to communicate any problems or information that could affect how services are delivered.
Ensure that all correspondence with customers is accurately recorded on internal systems.
Proactively manage exceptions and keep the client updated on any problems affecting delivery.
Help customers troubleshoot online booking errors.
Working shift work on weekends during probation period.
Assure that all queries are handled in accordance with the client's SLA and Standard Operating Procedures.
Polish Speaking Customer Service Executive / Delivery Account Executive / Account Manager / Customer Service Advisor Requirements
Fluent in both English and Polish languages, written and verbal
Prior logistics knowledge and experience are desirable
Previous experience in a similar role as a customer service executive/account manager /customer Service advisor or something similar.
Graduates with some prior customer service experience might fit this profession.
Good knowledge of MS Office skills, particularly Excel & Outlook.
Proven track record of managing large volumes of inbound and outbound queries.
Ability to address client complaints properly and effectively.
Proven ability to work effectively as part of a team.
Ability to work shift work on weekends, paid extra for this.
