Propulsion Engineer Responsibilities
Help the team develop and test our product suite before manufacturing it at scale
Utilize advanced simulation tools and software to model and analyze propulsion system performance.
Develop and execute test plans for static and dynamic testing of solid rocket motors.
Stay updated with the latest advancements in propulsion technology and materials.
Propulsion Engineer Requirements
Proven experience with solid rocket motors
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Aerospace Engineering or a related field
Experience in a similar previous role - Propulsion Engineer / Rocket Engineer / Rocket Propulsion Engineer
Expertise in rocket propulsion, with a focus on ammonium perchlorate comp site propellants and double base/smokeless propellants.
Skilled in designing solid rocket motor casings, nozzles, and associated fixtures.
Proficient in mixing and casting propellant grains.
