Location: London
Salary: £38,000-£48,000

Introduction:
An award-winning architectural and interior design studio, based in London, is looking for a Revit Technician to join their dynamic and creative team. With a portfolio spanning hospitality, and high-end residential, the studio delivers projects on an international scale. If you have a strong background in BIM, Revit, and Architecture and are looking for an exciting opportunity to advance your career, this role is for you.

Package:

Duties:

  • Produce detailed technical information for tender packages and construction documentation, ensuring compliance with industry standards
  • Work on internal projects for RIBA Stages 3-5
  • Develop and refine Revit models aligned with the company’s BIM standards
  • Collaborate with external consultants and contractors, including regular site visits and meetings to ensure seamless project execution
  • Refine architectural designs, ensuring they meet client and regulatory requirements, while providing creative solutions to design challenges
  • Attend BIM coordination meetings and ensure BEP standards are applied across projects

Requirements:

  • Strong experience in Architecture and/or Engineering
  • Knowledge of BIM Level 2 frameworks and proficiency in Revit
  • Background in BIM coordination and Revit authoring, with familiarity in RIBA Stages 3-5
  • Advanced skills in Revit and Navisworks Manage, and experience with AutoCAD, BIM Collab, BIM 360, and Enscape
  • Ability to develop architectural designs that meet both client specifications and regulatory requirements
