Creation and tracking of opportunities and quotations
General administrative duties
Liaise with customers on orders/delivery
Liaise with departments to ensure problems are solved.
Complaint handling and efficient resolution
Updating the CRM systems ensuring data Is fully up to date.
Office based in Northwich
Requirements
Experience as a Sales Coordinator / Sales Administrator / Sales Support Specialist / Customer Service Coordinator or similar
MS Office, and CRM system experience
Commutable to Northwich
