Senior CDM Advisor
Location: London, Bermondsey
Salary: £65,000
An excellent opportunity for a Senior CDM Advisor / CDM Advisor to work with an employee owned, award-winning international Architectural Practice, well known for their established footprint across incredible landmark projects, and amazing employee benefits.
This role is perfect for a Senior CDM Advisor, or CDM Advisor with CMIOSH, or NEBOSH, with a strong background in Health & Safety.

Office:
- Location: London
- Hours: 9:00-5:30, Monday-Friday
Duties:
- Advise designated and specific Project Design Team members including client organisations on Health and Safety risk management matters and on statutory duties; Designer in accordance with current UK (or where relevant) internationally comparable CDM regulations
- Assist and provide support and advice to in-house design teams to facilitate office wide best practice standards irrespective of global location
- Review projects and designs - planned and ad-hoc prioritising CDM PD appointed projects and advising on any other projects to allow office wide consistency on Pre-construction Health and Safety matters and standards
- Collate, organise, and assist the client in providing Pre-Construction Information
- Manage and co-ordinate the Health and Safety aspects during the Pre-Construction phase
Requirements:
- Proven skills in the delivery of CDM/H&S consultancy services
- CAD preferable
- CMIOSH / NEBOSH
- Degree level in an architectural, architectural technology or construction/engineering subject.
