Role Overview
As a Senior Designer/Architect, you will take a leadership role in delivering outstanding residential projects. Your responsibilities will include developing conceptual designs, producing detailed architectural plans, and managing client expectations throughout the design process. This position requires a strong ability to communicate design intent, work closely with project teams, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities

Lead design efforts for residential, multi-family, and mixed-use projects

Collaborate with a team of designers and partners to develop project concepts and strategies

Manage multiple design projects from ideation to completion, ensuring client satisfaction

Oversee project presentations and communicate design concepts effectively to clients and stakeholders

Ensure designs meet regulatory, environmental, and aesthetic requirements
Skills & Experience Required

Design Expertise: Strong conceptual design ideation and development for residential, affordable, and mixed-use spaces

Software Proficiency: Advanced skills in AutoCAD, 3D programs, and Adobe & Microsoft Suites

Presentation: Strong rendering skills and persuasive presentation abilities

Communication: Excellent communication and relational skills, with the ability to work closely with team members and clients

Project Management: Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality and precision

Education: A degree in Architecture from an accredited institution

Experience: 8-12 years of professional experience in multi-family architecture; experience with hospitality and senior housing is a plus

License: Registered Architect status is a bonus, but not required
