Senior FF&E Designer

Location: Fulham, London

Salary: £48,000 - £60,000 p/annum

Currently working on some latest in high-end luxurious Hospitality projects across the UK and internationally, this opportunity would be ideal for an experienced Senior FF&E Designer or ambitious and talented Mid-Weight FF&E Designer who is looking to take their career to the next level within a well-established and highly regarded studio.

Office Hours: 9:00 am – 6:00 pm

 

Duties:

  • Source, order, and ensure timely delivery of furniture, fittings, and equipment (FF&E) within budget and according to project briefs.
  • Work closely with interior designers to deliver cohesive and holistic project designs.
  • Negotiate and liaise with suppliers to ensure specifications and deliveries meet quality standards and project timelines.
  • Mentor, develop, and manage junior and middleweight FF&E designers, delegating tasks effectively.
  • Plan project resources, manage budgets, and oversee the installation of all FF&E components.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, presenting design concepts and managing expectations.
  • Conduct regular site visits and ensure high-quality standards are upheld in all project deliverable

 

Requirements:

  • Degree Qualified (or equivalent) in Interior Design or similar field
  • Excellent proven experience delivering on luxury Hospitality and F&B projects
  • Proven background in project running and management in London based studios
  • Demonstrated proficiency in AutoCAD and Adobe Suite
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • A high-quality portfolio of previous work
  • Previous senior-level experience and management skills are highly desirable
