Sales Engineer / Account Manager / Technical Sales / Account Representative / Sales Manager is required to join a global leading engineering organisation. The opportunities on offer at this business far exceed to the majority of positions on the market. It is unlikely for a new addition to the Sales team to earn less than €100,000 within 2-3 years due to the training and progression available.

Sales Engineer / Account Manager / Technical Sales / Account Representative / Sales Manager Responsibilities

  • Establishes, develops and maintains business relationships with current and/or prospective customers to maintain renewal business and generate new business.
  • Deploy customer engagement process and discuss their desired positive business outcomes to identify and position the best software solution.
  • Clearly present the value of the company’s products to meet customers’ requirements and differentiate from the competition.
  • Engage with customers and prospects via telephone, video conference, email and LinkedIn, as well as face-to-face meetings.
  • Research sources for developing prospective customers and expanding existing accounts.
  • Develop written proposals / quotations.
  • Provide accurate forecasts for new sales and renewal revenues.
  • Participates in trade shows and conventions; product training and seminars.
  • Creates and maintains account plans for existing customers and prospective customers, highlighting and profiling potential users and technical solutions.
  • Coordinate sales efforts with marketing, account team, sales management, finance, legal and technical services groups.

 

Sales Engineer / Account Manager / Technical Sales / Account Representative / Sales Manager Requirements 

  • Bachelor’s degree in technical, engineering, business or related field
  • Experience with demonstrated success in engineering sales / technical solution sales.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills and the ability to work independently.
  • To be office-based with high levels of travel to customer sites across the Nordics region required.
  • Fluent Swedish & English
  • Commutable distance to either Gothenburg or Stockholm
