Service Coordinator / Engineering Coordinator / Service Administrator required to join a leading engineering supplier.

 

The Service Coordinator / Engineering Coordinator / Service Administrator shall be office based near Camberley, responsible to plan and schedule the Field Service Engineers work, provide service support on various pump products and liaise with customers plus the engineering team. Full product training provided.

 

The successful Service Coordinator / Engineering Coordinator / Service Administrator will ideally have experience working in a coordinator, scheduling, or similar customer service role in engineering. Full product training provided.

Package –

 

£32,000-£33,000 depending on experience

Service Coordinator / Engineering Coordinator / Service Administrator Role

  • Coordinate the work, assignments, and scheduling of the Service Engineers and profitability of the Service Department.
  • Contacting customers over the phone to book work and plan for engineers.
  • Manage on call rotas and coordinating annual leave for the Engineering team.
  • Liaise with various engineering departments. 
  • Must be able to commute to the office near Camberley.

 

Service Coordinator / Engineering Coordinator / Service Administrator Requirements

  • Experience working in in coordinating, scheduling, service support or similar customer service role within engineering.
  • The ability in maintaining good professional working relationships with existing and new customers.
  • Proven experience as a Service Coordinator, Sales Coordinator, Service & Sales Coordinator, Technical Engineer, Sales Administrator or similar.
  • Experience using Oracle, simPRO ,SAP or similar systems would be advantageous.
  • Must be able to commute to the office near Camberley.
