Service Scheduler / Service Planner / Service Coordinator required to join a leading electrical engineering manufacturer, specialising in UPS systems and critical power equipment.
The successful Service Scheduler / Service Planner / Service Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating and scheduling service engineers as well as undertaking service administration, service contract handling, customer service support.
The Service Scheduler / Service Planner / Service Coordinator will ideally have strong IT and administrative capabilities – SAP, CRM, Microsoft Word, Excel & Outlook with experience in an administrator, scheduler, service coordinator or customer service support role.

The Service Scheduler / Service Planner / Service Coordinator role
Liaise with customers and subcontractors via phone and email.
Coordinate and schedule engineer visits for preventative maintenance/service.
Support and communicate with the service and wider engineering team.
Prepare and compile weekly/monthly service reports.
Liaise with technical management to highlight and monitor performance issues related to the service team.
Support the service team by preparing job packages and checking service reports.
Coordinate with other service planners when required to provide and assist with engineering resources.
Liaise with various engineering departments.
The Service Scheduler / Service Planner / Service Coordinator requirements
Previous experience as a Service Schedular, Service Planner, Service Coordinator, Service Administrator, Engineering Administrator, Customer Service Support or similar administrative role.
Strong IT and administrative capabilities – SAP, CRM, Microsoft Word, Excel & Outlook.
Good understanding of service scheduling and planning would be highly desirable.
Confident communication skills.
Ensure a flexible approach to tasks given in a busy working environment.
Scheduling experience working in an engineering / manufacturing environment would be advantageous.
Commute to Alloa or willing to relocate.
