Service Technician / Service Engineer
Cranes – Offshore Cranes / Marine Cranes
Package circa £50,000 - 65,000 (Salary + Day Rate)

An Engineering Service business are recruiting a Service Technician / Service Engineer to work on projects globally. You will be rewarded with a basic salary, day rate and retention bonus.
You will have a background in Electrical engineering or Hydraulic engineering, and be experienced working on offshore cranes or marine cranes

Package of circa £60,000.
c. £25,000 – 30,000 basic salary + Day Rate
31 days holiday including bank holidays
Private healthcare.

Service Technician / Service Engineer Responsibilities:
Carry out the commissioning, maintenance, inspection and servicing of client cranes and lifting equipment, onshore and offshore.
Carry out repairs and inspection on a range of electrical equipment and systems.
Carry out fault finding and repairs of hydraulic and mechanical equipment and systems.
Rigging and lift planning
Produce reports.

Service Technician / Service Engineer Requirements:
A background in electrical engineering.
Experience working on offshore cranes or marine cranes
Able to work alone if required.
A Rigging ticket will be advantageous
Ability to read engineering drawings
