A Warehouse Manager is required for a Logistics business looking to continue their expansion. You will be responsible for managing the site, with Warehouse Supervisors reporting to you and assisting with the hands-on management of Operatives. This is an excellent opportunity to join a company where you will have chances to progress and develop.


To be successful in this position you will have a warehouse management background with experience in the logistics industry. You will have developed processes and teams.



Salary up to £50,000 dependant on experience

Warehouse Manager Responsibilities:

  • Develop warehouse staff and improve efficiency.
  • Oversee recruitment and manage agency staffing numbers across multiple shifts.
  • Develop processes in line with business objectives.
  • Ensure Health & Safety procedures are followed.
  • You will be a key point of contact in the warehouse for other departments, including finance, customer service, sales and IT.


Warehouse Manager Requirements:

  • Previous warehouse management experience within the logistics industry.
  • Experience overseeing KPIs and reporting.
  • A background managing with a continuous improvement focus.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage permanent staff and fluctuating agency staff numbers.
  • A full UK driving licence.
