Internal Recruiter / Staffing Manager/ Workforce Development Manager / Workforce Lead required to join a leading multi-site fulfilment company.

The Internal Recruiter / Staffing Manager will support the hiring process for temporary labour and management. They will be responsible for managing performance, escalations and communications.

This is a hybrid position commuting to the office in East Grinstead.

Package

Up to £35,000 dependent on experience

Role

Understanding labour planning requirements and keeping up to date with labour supply

Oversee resource bookings including scheduling uplifts for peak periods

Keeping job descriptions and company information up to date

Liaise with managers to understand labour requirements and produce clear time scales to inform positive decisions

Undertake bi-monthly reviews on suppliers

Present ideas to help decrease spending by analysing metrics for trends

Liaise with operations and finance to monitor spend and forecasts

Main point of contact for agencies

Responsibility for managing the full recruitment cycle

Build relationships with local providers to aid talent pooling

Liaise with the recruitment team to reduce spending on agencies

 

Requirements

Experience as an Internal Recruitment / Staffing Manager/ Workforce Development Manager / Workforce Lead

Experience working the end-to-end recruitment process

Knowledge of the logistics/warehouse sector is advantageous

Must be commutable to East Grinstead

Must have a full UK driving license with access to own vehicle
