
Administrator / Service Administrator / Office Administrator to join a global engineering manufacturer.
You’ll be supporting the engineering service team by liaising with customers on products and deliveries, processing orders, and maintaining records on a powerful CRM system. Full product training will be provided.
The successful candidate will have an administrative background, strong Microsoft Office & Excel skills, and excellent communication skills, with the ability to prioritise in a fast-paced environment.
This role will be home-based initially until the company’s brand-new Harlow office opens later this year.

Process orders via phone and email

Prepare and manage service and remedial quotes

Send, track, and follow up on quotes to ensure timely responses

Generate job sheets and hand them over to the coordinator upon PO receipt

Liaise with various engineering departments

Initially home-based, then office-based in Harlow once the new site opens

Previous experience as a Service Administrator, Administrator, or in a similar role

Proficiency in CRM systems, SAP, or similar software

Strong Microsoft Office & Excel skills

Excellent communication and organisational skills in a fast-paced environment

Experience within an engineering or manufacturing environment is advantageous

Must be able to commute daily to Harlow once the new office is open
