Architectural Technician (Contract/Freelance)
Location: London (1 day WFH, 4 days in office)
Contract Length: 4 weeks - 4 months
A leading London-based architectural practice, is looking for a talented Architectural Technician to join on a contract/freelance basis. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to high-profile projects across a range of sectors, working alongside a collaborative and creative team.
Key Responsibilities

Produce detailed technical drawings and construction packages

Support project teams through design development and delivery stages

Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and other stakeholders

Ensure compliance with UK building regulations and standards
Key Requirements

Strong proficiency in Revit (essential)

Proven experience in producing technical details and construction drawings

Good knowledge of UK building regulations, standards, and codes

Ability to work both independently and within a team environment

Previous experience within a UK architectural practice preferred
