Area Sales Manager / Sales Engineer / Sales Executive / Business Development Manager required to join a manufacturer of engineering consumables, conveyor components, belting, power transmission and MRO products used to Food manufacturing and processing industry, including bakery & confectionary, meat & poultry, fruit & vegetable and fish & seafood.
The Area Sales Manager / Sales Engineer / Sales Executive / Business Development Manager will cover the Midlands region, including Nottingham, Derby, Birmingham, Leicester, Coventry, Norwich, Cambridge, Corby, Peterborough, Tamworth and surrounding areas.
A background selling into the Food manufacturing and processing industry is preferred, ideally previous experience selling engineering products, but full product training is provided. Experience selling industrial parts, food packaging, conveyor components, belting, power transmission, engineering consumables, conveyors, food processing equipment, packaging machinery, materials handling, MRO products, or similar.

£45K - £50K depending on experience plus bonus

Selling into the Food manufacturing and processing industry, including bakery & confectionary, meat & poultry, fruit & vegetable and fish & seafood.
Have support from Product Specialists and liaise with various engineering departments
Handling customer inquiries and preparing quotations, sales and completion contracts
Working remotely covering the Midlands region, including Nottingham, Derby, Birmingham, Leicester, Coventry, Norwich, Cambridge, Corby, Peterborough, Tamworth and surrounding areas.
Requirements
Experience in a sales position, Area Sales Manager, Account Manager, Sales Engineer, Sales Executive, Business Development Executive, Business Development Manager or similar
Experience selling into the Food manufacturing and processing industry, including bakery & confectionary, meat & poultry, fruit & vegetable and fish & seafood.
An engineering sales background is preferred, but full product training is provided
Must live in the Midlands – including Nottingham, Derby, Birmingham, Leicester, Coventry, Norwich, Cambridge, Corby, Peterborough, Tamworth and surrounding areas.
