Area Sales Manager / Business Development Manager / Sales Engineer required for a global leading manufacturer.
The successful Area Sales Manager / Business Development Manager / Sales Engineer will work remotely, covering the South of the UK, and be responsible for managing key accounts and generating new business opportunities across industrial and process markets, promoting a full range of valves, actuators, instrumentation, flow control, and process control solutions.
The successful Area Sales Manager / Business Development Manager / Sales Engineer will ideally have a proven track record in selling flow control products, including valves, pumps, instrumentation, flow meters, actuators, or similar.
Package
- £50,000 to £60,000 depending on experience

Area Sales Manager / Business Development Manager / Sales Engineer Role
- Manage key accounts across OEM, distribution, and end-user customers within flow control products, including valves, pumps, instrumentation, flow meters, actuators, or similar.

Promote a wide range of valves, actuators, instrumentation, and associated flow control systems.
- Develop new business and grow existing relationships across sectors such as chemical, food & beverage, pharmaceutical, water & wastewater, and biotech.
- Drive sales growth through Flow Control product demonstrations, exhibitions, negotiations, and by following up on marketing-generated leads and new business opportunities.
- Liaise with engineering departments to provide technical support and guidance for products such as valves, pumps, instrumentation, flow meters, actuators, or similar.
- Work remotely / field-based covering the South, Essex, Kent, Surrey, Brighton, Norfolk, and London
Area Sales Manager / Business Development Manager / Sales Engineer Requirements
- Experience as an Area Sales Manager, Sales Manager, Sales Engineer, Key Account Manager, Business Development Manager, Technical Sales Executive, Product Specialist, or similar within Flow Control.

Experienced in selling and supporting valves, actuators, instrumentation, flow meters, flow control, process automation products, or related applications.
- Proven experience in selling flow control products into OEM, distribution, and end-user markets.
- Strong negotiation skills with a track record of winning and closing business within the flow control market.
- Full UK driving license.
- Willingness to cover the South, Essex, Kent, Surrey, Brighton, Norfolk, and London
