Job Title: BIM Technician / BIM Coordinator

Salary: £40,000 – 45,000 p/annum

Duties:
- Take ownership of the studio Revit library, ensuring its relevance and expansion.
- Craft bespoke Revit families tailored to project requirements.
- Collaborate with architects and designers, providing support in asset creation.
- Innovate new workflows and guidelines to streamline BIM processes.
- Mentor team members on effective BIM workflows and practices.
- Work closely with the BIM lead to strategize and set up models for complex architectural projects.
Requirements:
- A proven background in architectural technology, architecture, construction, or BIM
- Strong experience in Autodesk Revit for architecture, showcasing proficiency in BIM methodologies.
- Demonstrated expertise in family creation, auditing, and editing within Revit.
- Clash detection experience in Navisworks is beneficial
- Solid understanding of parametric modelling principles, emphasizing simplicity in complex asset creation.
- Familiarity with ISO19650 standards and documentation, ensuring compliance and quality assurance.
- Previous experience in clash detection workflows and Cobie datasets, facilitating seamless project coordination and collaboration.
