
BIM Manager
Location: Clerkenwell, London
Salary: £55,000 - £65,000 per annum

This opportunity would be ideal for a BIM Manager or Senior BIM Coordinator with proven experience leading BIM on complex architectural projects and strong proficiency in Revit, Navisworks, and BIM 360.

Duties:
- Develop and implement BIM standards, templates, and workflows aligned with industry best practice
- Oversee and manage BIM Execution Plans (BEP) across multiple projects
- Carry out regular model audits, clash detections, and quality reviews
- Provide training, mentorship, and technical support to project teams
- Collaborate closely with architects, consultants, and contractors for seamless coordination
- Evaluate and introduce new digital tools to enhance delivery and efficiency
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a BIM Manager or Senior BIM Coordinator within architecture or multidisciplinary practice
- Advanced skills in Revit, Navisworks, and BIM collaboration platforms (BIM 360)
- Strong knowledge of ISO 19650 standards and BIM best practice
- Ability to lead BIM strategies on large-scale and technically complex projects
- Excellent problem-solving and stakeholder coordination skills
