Branch Manager

A Branch Manager is required to lead operations and performance for an industrial products supplier based in Odessa, Texas. This is a high impact role responsible for managing branch operations, leading a team and delivering strong customer service across the Permian Basin and wider West Texas energy markets.
The ideal candidate will be an experienced branch leader within the industrial supply, flow control, valves, PVF, pumps, electrical distribution, waterworks, or oilfield equipment sectors. They will have a proven background managing branch operations, overseeing teams, improving processes, and maintaining strong customer relationships. This role would suit a Branch Manager, Branch Operations Manager, General Manager, Operations Manager, or Distribution Manager with experience in engineered products and industrial supply environments.

Role for Branch Manager:
- Take full responsibility for branch operations, performance, and profitability.
- Lead and manage branch personnel across sales, inside sales, inventory, warehouse, and operational support functions.
- Oversee daily branch activities to ensure efficient processes, accurate order fulfilment, and excellent customer service.
- Manage branch financial performance, including revenue, expenses, inventory levels, and operational efficiency.
- Manage inventory control, purchasing coordination, stock availability, and warehouse processes.
- Ensure customer orders are processed accurately and delivered efficiently.
Requirements for Branch Manager:
- Proven experience managing a branch, location, or operational team within: Valves, Flow Control, PVF, Pumps, Oilfield Equipment, Industrial Supply
- Strong background managing teams across sales, operations, warehouse, or customer service functions.
- Demonstrated experience overseeing branch performance, inventory, processes, and profitability.
- Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
- Must be based within a commutable distance or willing to relocate to Odessa, TX
