CNC Machinist
Location: Spicewood, TX
Full time
Shift Pattern: 6am-2:30pm or 9:30am-6pm (Flexible based on schedule)
Package
$26 – $29 per hour, depending on experience. OT Available

Responsibilities
Program, set up, and operate both CNC mills and CNC lathes.
Review prints, plan machining strategies, and manufacture parts with minimal supervision.
Run a mix of production batches and one-off prototype parts.
Maintain high precision and quality standards.
Ensure all completed parts meet tight tolerances (especially for semiconductor projects).
Provide guidance with patience, positivity, and zero ego.
Collaborate with other machinists to maintain a productive, supportive environment.
Multitask effectively — no “one machine only” mentality.
Work efficiently on small to mid-sized parts.
Machine standard materials including aluminium, stainless steel, brass, PEEK, ULTEM, and G10.
Requirements
Extensive hands-on experience with CNC mills AND lathes.
Ability to handle tight tolerance machining.
Confidence working independently in a fast-paced job shop.
High integrity, low ego, and a team-first attitude.
Strong communicator and proactive problem-solver.
Enjoys mentoring and helping others grow.
Takes pride in producing exceptional work.
Commutable or based in Austin. TX
