A Senior Manager/Senior Sales Manager/Sales Manager will join a rapidly growing commercial HVAC firm based in Fort Worth, TX
The ideal Senior Manager/Senior Sales Manager/Sales Manager candidate is a relationship builder with strong technical and commercial knowledge, capable of managing long-cycle, complex projects and delivering tailored HVAC solutions to clients.
The Senior Manager/Senior Sales Manager/Sales Manager will have hands-on business development with leadership growth potential, a chance to shape the company’s future sales organization.
Package and Location
Location: Fort Worth, TX
Salary: $120,000 – $170,000 base + commission (OTE $150,000 – $230,000+)

Key Responsibilities
- Drive sales growth through new business acquisition and existing account expansion
- Develop and execute regional sales plans aligned with company objectives
- Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, engineers, and end users
- Deliver professional presentations, proposals, and contract negotiations
- Forecast, track, and report on sales performance and pipeline metrics
- Lead client meetings and site visits to ensure satisfaction and identify opportunities
- Represent the company at trade shows, networking events, and industry forums
Requirements
- 5–7+ years of proven sales success within the commercial HVAC industry
- Strong understanding of HVAC systems, applications, and commercial project cycles
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex sales processes with multiple stakeholders
- Self-motivated, strategic, and capable of independent decision-making
- Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite
