Senior Project Manager/Lead Project Manager/Senior Construction Project Manager will lead the full mechanical and plumbing scope, both self-performed and subcontracted work, while driving delivery, coordination, customer satisfaction, and project profitability.
An ideal Senior Project Manager/Lead Project Manager/Senior Construction Project Manager 10–15+ years of mechanical/HVAC project management experience.
Package & Location
$150,000 – $180,000 base salary, depending on experience

Senior Project Manager/Lead Project Manager/Senior Construction Project Manager Responsibilities:
- Drive full delivery of a large-scale mechanical renovation project
- Lead self-perform mechanical and plumbing teams
- Manage subcontractors and coordinate with engineering and design groups
- Oversee scheduling, labor loading, and overall project strategy
- Ensure milestones, safety, cost controls, and timeline objectives are achieved
Technical Expertise
- Strong HVAC system knowledge is mandatory
- Ability to operate confidently in a design-build environment
- Interpret drawings, identify issues, propose technical solutions, and collaborate with engineers
- Manage complex mechanical plant upgrades, heavy commercial systems, and MEP interfaces
Customer & Stakeholder Management
- Act as the primary customer-facing representative
- Build strong relationships with owners, engineers, and partner contractors
- Represent the business professionally in a high-touch, low-sales environment
- Maintain excellent communication and customer satisfaction throughout the project
