An EHS Campus Lead is required for a senior health, safety and environmental leadership role on a major data centre construction project in Dublin, Ireland.
This is a project-wide EHS leadership position, suited to an experienced construction safety professional with the background to lead site EHS strategy, manage EHS teams, influence subcontractor performance and report confidently to senior stakeholders.

The EHS Campus Lead Role:
-
Lead the overall environmental, health and safety strategy across the project.

Provide senior leadership to EHS Managers, Advisors and subcontractor safety personnel.

Oversee Construction Stage Health & Safety Plans, site EHS systems and continuous improvement activity.

Review high-risk method statements, RAMS, SPAs and permit-to-work processes.

Drive proactive risk management across all work fronts, identifying emerging risks and implementing mitigation plans.

Lead senior-level incident and accident investigations, including root-cause analysis and corrective actions.

Present EHS performance, trends and strategic updates to senior management, clients and key stakeholders.

Monitor subcontractor EHS performance through audits, inspections and project standards.

Work closely with Construction, QA/QC, Commissioning and Client teams to ensure EHS is embedded across all project phases.
EHS Campus Lead Requirements:

Degree in Environmental, Health & Safety or a related discipline.

Minimum 8–10 years’ experience managing EHS on large-scale construction projects.

Data centre project experience is strongly preferred.

Proven experience leading EHS teams on complex, fast-paced construction projects.

Strong, up-to-date knowledge of Irish and EU Health & Safety legislation.

Ability to develop and implement project-wide EHS strategies.

Excellent communication, leadership and stakeholder-management skills.

Strong proficiency in MS Office and EHS reporting systems.

Flexible approach to working patterns and evolving project priorities.
