We are looking for a Director of Engineering to join our fast-growing company and help lead the development and execution of innovative cold chain solutions. As the Director of Engineering, you will play a key role in transforming the way we manage temperature and energy use across industries worldwide.
This is an exciting opportunity for a technically strong individual who thrives in a dynamic, growth-stage environment, managing complex projects and leading a talented team of engineers. You will take ownership of all aspects of the Thermal Energy Storage (TES) projects—from initial site assessments to installation, commissioning, and continuous optimization.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead the full lifecycle of Thermal Energy Storage (TES) projects from site assessment to installation, commissioning, and optimization.

Drive energy savings optimization and ensure successful project execution.

Provide technical support and troubleshooting for clients across various levels.

Manage and mentor a cross-disciplinary engineering team.

Act as the technical lead for sales opportunities, active projects, and completed installations.
Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or related field.

10+ years of experience in industrial refrigeration, building automation controls, or related fields.

5+ years managing engineering teams or technical projects.

Compensation & Benefits:
