The successful HSE Manager / Safety Manager / Health and Safety will lead and deliver health, safety & environmental practice in line with local, US, UK regulations such as ISO 14001, OSHA across all manufacturing activities with a focus on improvement of engineering practice.
The successful HSE Manager / Safety Manager / Health and Safety Manager will have management / supervisory experience leading health, safety and environmental excellence within a manufacturing / industrial engineering environment. For example, filtration, power transmission, oil & gas, food & bev, automotive, aerospace and or similar fast paced engineering manufacturing environments.

HSE Manager / Safety Manager / Health and Safety Manager Role
- Will lead and deliver health, safety & environmental practice in line with local, US, UK regulations such as ISO 14001, OSHA across all manufacturing activities with a focus on improvement of engineering practice.
- Drive continuous improvement of all health, safety & environmental practices by monitoring health & safety performance metrics and recommending improvements directly to the Plant Manager & Senior Management.
- Will be responsible for leading training and training resources for current plant employees, ensuring best health & safety practice is adhered.
- Liaise with various engineering departments, ensuring health & safety goals are aligned within the organisation.
- Working from the Plant / Office based in Fulda, Germany
HSE Manager / Safety Manager / Health and Safety Manager Requirements
- Experience as a Health & Safety Manager, HSE Manager, Safety Manager, QHSE Manager, SHEQ Manager, Health & Safety Supervisor, QHSE Supervisor, SHEQ Supervisor or similar role leading health, safety and environmental practice within a industrial engineering / manufacturing environment
- Candidates will have proven experience leading and delivery health, safety, and environmental practice in line with local, UK and UK regulations such as ISO 14001, OSHA and others.
- A relevant qualification within Health & Safety, Environmental Science or similar would be preferred.
- HSE certificates / qualifications such as NEBOSH. IOSH, OSHA etc is highly desirable.
- Full clean driving license.
- Willingness to operate from the site in Fulda
