The successful Territory Sales Manager / Outside Sales Rep / Account Manager will cultivate existing customer relationships, recruit new customers, and promote product solutions while ensuring exceptional service and technical support.

The ideal Territory Sales Manager / Outside Sales Rep / Account Manager will have experience in outside sales, territory development, and customer relationship management within distribution, construction, or HVAC-related industries.

Territory Sales Manager / Outside Sales Rep / Account Manager Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute territory sales plans, growing business through new account acquisition and expansion of existing relationships.
  • Conduct customer meetings, presentations, and site visits to assess needs and recommend product solutions.
  • Provide technical support, pricing proposals, and product guidance to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Monitor market trends, competitive activity, and customer demand while collaborating with internal teams.
  • Maintain CRM accuracy, manage pricing and quotations, and uphold professional standards in all customer interactions.

Territory Sales Manager / Outside Sales Rep / Account Manager Requirements:

  •  Background in outside sales, territory management, or distribution.
  •  Strong interpersonal communication and presentation skills.
  • Proficient in CRM systems and Microsoft Office tools.
