A private equity-backed home services business is seeking an experienced HVAC Sales Manager / Sales Manager / Home Services Sales Manager to lead and develop a successful sales team. This role is responsible for improving sales performance, coaching sales professionals and driving initiatives that increase revenue and customer satisfaction.

The HVAC Sales Manager / Sales Manager / Home Services Sales Manager will be the key point of contact for sales improvement, team development and performance management. The HVAC Sales Manager / Sales Manager / Home Services Sales Manager Role:

• Lead, coach and develop Comfort Advisors, sales professionals and sales support teams
• Implement and manage real-time lead follow-up processes to maximise sales opportunities
• Monitor sales performance metrics including close rate, average ticket, margin and overall team results
• Create coaching plans and provide ongoing support to improve performance
• Work closely with installation, service and marketing teams to ensure effective customer handover and execution
• Use AI-based coaching tools, including RillaVoice, to support real-time training and development
• Set the standard through strong leadership, accountability and a results-focused approach

HVAC Sales Manager / Sales Manager / Home Services Sales Manager Requirements:

• 3+ years’ experience in HVAC or residential home services sales leadership
• Experience managing, coaching and developing sales teams
• Proven track record of improving team performance and driving revenue growth
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Understanding of residential HVAC sales processes and customer buying behaviour
• Comfortable working in a KPI-driven sales environment
• Experience using sales technology or AI coaching tools is beneficial
• A strong desire to improve, compete and achieve measurable results
