Inside Sales Representative / Sales Support Specialist / Inside Sales Coordinator is required to join a global manufacturer of engineered air filtration solutions, based on-site in Louisville, KY.
The successful Inside Sales Representative / Sales Support Specialist / Inside Sales Coordinator will support regional sales activity across power generation, oil & gas, and heavy industrial markets, providing commercial, order-processing, and customer support for engineered air filtration and inlet air systems.
This is an office-based role supporting both customers and field sales teams.

Role
- Prepare and issue quotes for air filtration and inlet air systems
- Process customer purchase orders, ensuring accuracy and compliance
- Review terms and conditions prior to order entry
- Coordinate order flow between sales, engineering, and operations
- Support regional sales managers with pricing, documentation, and follow-up
- Assist with marketing activity, including conferences, trade shows, and customer events
- Conduct outbound calls to support lead generation and appointment setting
- Maintain accurate records within internal systems and CRM platforms
- Act as a key internal point of contact for customers and sales teams

Requirements
- Experience in inside sales, sales support, order processing, or commercial administration
- Background in manufacturing, industrial, or engineered products preferred but not essential
- Strong understanding of sales order processes, purchase orders, and commercial documentation
- Comfortable working with technical products and specifications
- High attention to detail with strong organisational skills
- Confident communicator with customers and internal stakeholders
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient with ERP, CRM, or order management systems
