The Inside Sales Representative / Counter Sales Representative / Account Manager Role:

Manage and develop relationships with existing commercial plumbing and HVAC contractor accounts

Prepare accurate quotations and pricing for plumbing, heating and HVAC equipment and materials

Respond to customer enquiries, process orders and provide product information

Liaise with manufacturers and suppliers on pricing, specifications and product availability

Support contractors with equipment selection, project requirements and product enquiries

Manage a high volume of quotations while maintaining strong customer service

Identify opportunities to maximize sales and profitability within existing accounts

Build knowledge of the product range, supplier network and internal systems
Inside Sales Representative / Counter Sales Representative / Account Manager Requirements:

Experience as an Inside Sales Representative, Counter Sales Representative, Account Manager, Sales Estimator, Sales Representative or similar sales role

Background in plumbing, HVAC, heating equipment, mechanical products or wholesale distribution

Experience preparing quotations, pricing work and handling customer enquiries

Familiarity with commercial plumbing and HVAC products is advantageous

Residential plumbing or HVAC product experience will also be considered

Strong communication, organisation and customer service skills

Comfortable managing multiple customer accounts and quotations at the same time
