Interface Coordinator – Power Generation - Texas
Verto People is recruiting an Interface Coordinator to support the delivery of a power generation project.
You’ll coordinate between engineering teams, contractors, equipment suppliers and external stakeholders, ensuring responsibilities are clear and information is available when needed.
Key responsibilities

Maintain the project interface register, tracking responsibilities, actions and deadlines.

Coordinate technical information exchange between project participants.

Identify missing information, scope gaps and overdue deliverables.

Lead coordination meetings and document decisions and agreed actions.

Escalate unresolved issues that could affect design or site progress.

Track interface resolution through engineering, construction and commissioning.
Requirements
-
At least eight years of interface coordination experience on major capital projects.

A technical background with the ability to understand engineering information and scope boundaries.

Strong organizational skills and a proactive approach to following up outstanding actions.

Confidence working across multiple contractors and stakeholder groups.

An engineering degree or equivalent relevant experience.
Previous owner-side experience and familiarity with digital project documentation tools would be advantageous.
