Hybrid | $90,000 to $115,000 + bonus

I'm partnering with a long-established, award-winning interior design firm in Manhattan that focuses on corporate interiors for a strong roster of financial, legal, nonprofit and commercial clients. They're busy, growing, and looking for a talented Interior Designer to join their New York studio.
This is a firm with a genuinely collaborative culture. Designers work closely with senior leadership, have real client contact from early on, and are given room to grow. People stay here, and the ones I've placed with them are thriving.
What you'll be doing
- Taking workplace projects from programming and test fits through design development, CDs and CA
- Developing space plans, block and stack studies and furniture layouts
- Selecting finishes and FF&E, and putting together design packages and presentations
- Producing and coordinating construction documents and millwork details
- Working directly with clients, consultants, vendors and contractors
- Supporting and mentoring junior designers as you grow into a lead role
What you'll bring
- Degree in Interior Design
- 5 to 8 years of experience, with a solid background in corporate or workplace interiors
- Strong Revit and AutoCAD skills, plus SketchUp, Enscape or similar, and Adobe CC
- A good understanding of codes, ADA and how projects come together on site
- Confidence presenting to clients and working across a team
- NCIDQ, LEED or WELL a plus
