MI Analyst
London (Hybrid)
We’re looking for an MI Analyst to join a leading Facilities Management company based in London!
The ideal candidate will be an MI Analyst / Performance Analyst / Business Intelligence Analyst with strong experience in Power BI, SQL, and data warehousing, capable of developing dashboards, automating reporting processes, and turning complex operational data into meaningful business intelligence.
This role will focus on improving reporting infrastructure, centralising business data and supporting operational and commercial decision-making.
Responsibilities of an MI Analyst:
- Develop and improve Power BI dashboards for business performance reporting.
- Use SQL to extract, manipulate and analyse data.
- Develop centralised data warehousing and reporting structures.
- Automate reporting processes and improve data quality.
- Consolidate operational, commercial and contract performance data.
- Produce management information to support business decisions.
Requirements to be an MI Analyst:
- Experience as an MI Analyst, BI Analyst, Performance Analyst or similar.
- Strong Power BI skills, including independently building dashboards.
- Proficiency in SQL and data analysis.
- Experience with data warehousing and reporting automation.
- Ability to translate complex data into actionable business insights.
- Strong understanding of business intelligence and data management.
Desirable experience:
- Experience within Facilities Management, operational reporting or contract performance.
- Knowledge of Facilities Management KPIs and commercial reporting.
- Exposure to AI applications in analytics and reporting automation.
