This Mechanical Project Manager / Mechanical Construction Project Manager will take ownership of projects simultaneously, managing delivery from estimator hand-off through to handover with an oversight of HVAC, plumbing, piping construction work.
The Mechanical Project Manager / Mechanical Construction Project Manager must have experience as a Mechanical Project Manager, with background working on projects from several hundred thousand dollar value through to multi-million dollar developments. You will be required to travel throughout Harrisburg, PA and surrounding areas.

Mechanical Project Manager / Mechanical Construction Project Manager Role –
- Manage delivery from estimator hand-off through to handover with an oversight of HVAC, plumbing, piping construction work
- Take responsibility for project budgets, schedules, procurement, labor planning, subcontractor coordination and project delivery
- Maintain financial control through accurate job costing, cost-to-complete forecasting, labor and material budget management
- Act as a key point of contact for general contractors, superintendents, owners and internal stakeholders
- Possess a clean driving licence
- Able to travel throughout Harrisburg, PA and surrounding areas
Mechanical Project Manager / Mechanical Construction Project Manager Requirements –
- Experience as a Mechanical Project Manager, Commercial Mechanical Construction Project Manager or similar Project Management position
- Background managing commercial HVAC and/or plumbing and piping installation projects within mechanical construction
- Understanding of commercial mechanical construction methods, installation sequencing, field operations and subcontractor coordination.
- Able to independently manage competing project priorities, resolve complex construction challenges
- Possess a clean driving licence
- Able to travel throughout Harrisburg, PA and surrounding areas
